How one can (you) find/track “Patent infringement” in India. Even if you know some one is infringing – how can you prove it ? And particularly in Chemical industry – where many are manufacturing “active pharma ingredient (API)” – Bulk drug – Drug formulations – dyes intermediates and many more. Would you please to share brief/detailed your view ?
